Responsibilities
As a Pol-Plan Insurance Consultant, you will:
be a key point of contact within your branch
be a great listener and provide great client service
maintain existing client relationships
help people get the desired outcome
work from Monday to Friday (08:30am-05pm) and every second Saturday (09am-12pm) weekly hours 37.5
Requirements
To be successful in this role you'll need to:
Listen to clients and manage their requests efficiently
Be highly organised and responsive to client needs
Build rapport, trust, and client loyalty
Introduce clients to new products and services where appropriate - tailoring the service for each individual circumstance
Be highly responsive and apply this when dealing with clients
Be keen to grow professionally and embrace new challenges
