SalaryA Lloyd's of LondonInsurance firm is looking for a Senior Compliance Consultantto help support their London team.
This role is ideal for someone from a generalist background who has covered financial crime, conduct risk, and compliance.
This is a 12-month contract minimum, looking to pay around £150,000 (+benefits).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the compliance function through day-to-day tasks - including oversight of a small team, the financial crime framework and conduct risk oversight.
- Ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s and external regulations through effective policy design, implementation, communication, and monitoring.
- Oversee and shape the conduct risk framework, including strategy development and implementation, as well as day-to-day management of related procedures and compliance.
- Develop and implement the business's financial crime risk strategy, reporting financial crime matters to the Board and relevant Committees.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of relevant FCA/PRA handbook
- Experience working within Insurance (ideally Lloyd's) firms
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance products
- Previous experience managing a team
