Our client, a leading independent school and sixth form is seeking to appoint a skilled and experienced Teacher of Politics and History from September 2024 on a full time, permanent basis.
The school in question offers a modern, progressive and alternative approach to traditional independent and selective grammar school education, it is a creative and highly successful institute of education. The school is a highly diverse community with 40% of pupils coming from overseas, it has places for both day and boarding pupils. Class sizes are deliberately small to the benefit of both staff and the pupils themselves.
The successful applicant will be a Politics graduate, ideally with QTS although this is not essential, the ability to teach History to KS4 and Politics to KS5 is a requirement.
