  • Coordinate dependencies internally between groups within the domain.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance.
  • Support risk and impediment escalation.
  • Prepare and ensure accurate fortnightly reporting and metrics are in place, including reporting to board level.
  • Support Agile Delivery Leads in planning work across the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and sponsors.
  • Ensure that the Governance model and Operating model are followed.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure the domain people view is accurate.
  • Monitor and report on planned and unplanned changes to software development and plan/product roadmap.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate and elaborate with individuals at different levels.
  • Proven track record in IT portfolio management, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Direct experience of working in an agile environment.
  • Extensive experience in general portfolio and project management ideally with relevant certifications.

SO WHY US?

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance related bonus scheme. All this and more makes JLR the perfect place to continue your journey.
