We are looking for a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to join our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Group.

The University of Bath (UoB) is embarking on the next stage of its digital transformation journey. This will transform the delivery of technology services and includes the intent to formalize and standardize project work activity ensuring compliance with UoB policy and guidance.
The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) concept has proven its worth during the Evolution Project ‘try before you buy’ and is now being established as a permanent capability as part of a holistic approach to DDaT assurance.
The role of the PMO Analyst is to oversee all PMO operations to ensure the successful delivery of projects and small works. This will be achieved through ensuring effective projects planning, management and evaluation.
This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.

- Experience of project and change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
