• Working knowledge of the UK property market and specialist knowledge of managing loan completions/completing due diligence checks for residential development loans.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work both alone / as a part of a team where required.
• Good communication skills and experience of working with lawyers; valuers and independent monitoring surveyors.
• Good with systems and having a strong eye for detail.
