I am seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Lead to deliver and lead on a PBS strategy for a leading care provider based within the Midlands area. Supporting adult's who live within their Residential and Supported Living services who have various complex needs including Mental Health diagnosis and learning disabilities. You will provide direct support and guidance to a team of Operational Managers and their teams to deliver on Quality objections and provide the best support for the people living within the services. You will promote a positive culture within all services and will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current PBS guidance.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have sound and proven PBS knowledge and experience.
* Have experience of working within a Management and/or PBS role within adults services.
* Have experience of managing referrals and/or transitions of complex care clients.
* Have a relevant qualification related to Positive Behaviour Support.
The is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, however flexibility may be required according to the needs of the services you support. A generous salary is on offer for this role up to £50,000, with great progression opportunities in the future.
