Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support? Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form are seeking to appoint a Progress Tutor to support the Post 16 Head of Years in ensuring the academic progress and pastoral needs of students across Key Stage 5 are met, as well as having a key role in supporting their learning and personal development.
The successful candidate will track and monitor designated groups of student’s progress and attendance and work with the Post 16 Heads of Years to develop strategies to improve performance and attendance.
It is essential for the successful candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with young people as all roles at Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form involve interaction with our pupils and students.
