Description
- Overseeing post-completion procedures and ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure the smooth execution of tasks.
- Ensuring all files are properly closed and archived following completion.
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry.
- Assisting in the preparation of final accounts.
- Keeping up to date with changes in legal, regulatory and internal policies.
- Providing administrative support to the Legal Department as required.
- Managing deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.
Profile
A successful Post Completion Assistant should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field.
- Experience working in a legal environment, ideally within conveyancing.
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
