**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Post Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity.
**Duties:**
- Handling cash transactions, depositing money, cash withdrawal's, postal services, managing parcel's both incoming and out going, vehicle taxation, sale of postal stationery, lottery sales
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in financial information
- Organise and maintain files and documentation
- Perform data entry tasks with high efficiency and accuracy
**Skills:**
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use computers
- Experience of Post Office procedures and systems
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
