SalaryFINTEC recruit is seeking a Powder Coating Operative for a precision engineering manufacturing business based in Buckingham. This is a permanent role. Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience, regular overtime available plus benefits – 33 days holidays, healthcare cover, pension, insurances and Flexible working practices. Experience of applying industrial Powder Coating paints to achieve a high standard of finish. Working on prestigious products in a wide range of materials, sizes and volumes. Hourly rate up to £16.60 per hour negotiable by experience.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation & degreasing of metalwork prior to starting the Powder Coating process.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings, selection and apply material specifications.
- Perform booth clean downs, gun inspections and equipment maintenance.
Skills and Experience required for the Powder Coating Operative:
- Aptitude to monitoring and ensure quality and process standards are met at all times
- Experience of Power coating
