Role & Responsibilities:

• End user facing 1st/2nd line support to users of Power Apps


• Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Power Apps solutions

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field


• Knowledge of MS Power Apps and familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc)


• Previous experience in the technical support of Power Apps - Desirable

Overview:

• This Power Apps Support role involves providing assistance to users of MS Power Apps and platforms, for building custom business applications.


• You would be expected to gather user requirements and build functional specifications for developers.
