About the company
A fast growing Managed Service Provider based in the Borehamwood area is looking for an experienced 2nd LineService Desk Engineer who is able to hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience working in commercial IT support environment - preferably within a Managed Service Provider.
They must have an enthusiastic and ambitious attitude towards work, as well as enjoy working with a variety of technologies
Responsibilities
,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
,Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement enhancements, meeting client requirements and specifications.
,Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and colleagues.
,Continuously monitor and maintain environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills:
,Remote / On Site Support, Ticket management, Experience working in an ITIL environment (4 years).
,Microsoft Office 365 services, Microsoft Azure administration
,Intune - including Device Management, Conditional Access Policies and Autopilot
,Jamf
,SharePoint Online and Teams setup and configuration
,Windows Server, GPO, AD, File Servers and any other server roles.
,General desktop support, Hardware\software diagnosis and break fix.
,Windows OS 7,8 and 10
,DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN and WAN.
