We are currently looking for a Support Analyst to join a leading digital healthcare company based in the Birmingham area.
As the Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT operations both internally and with end users.
Working with Microsoft technologies and environments you will work in both 1st and 2nd line support of Cloud and on premise environments.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Support Analyst 2nd line will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.
Provide first and second-line support to external customers, addressing technical queries and resolving issues efficiently as well as serving as the primary support contact for internal staff, assisting with client devices, system access, and application issues.
2.
Develop and maintain high-quality training and user guide content for issue to both internal and external staff.
3.
Act as an intermediary between customers and internal teams, prioritising issue resolution and communicating effectively.
4.
Support BYOD and IoT devices for both internal staff and external end-users, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Support Analyst 2nd line we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1.
Relevant degree in a IT related field
2.
Proven industry experience in healthcare or similar is highly beneficial but not essential
3.
A working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft operating/infrastructure systems and Cloud (Azure)
