This is a dynamic role working on new, next generation projects collaborating with a global team to drive innovation in the business. As a pivotal member of the engineering function, you'll be recognized as a technical expert, contributing to the company's cutting-edge products.
Reporting directly to one of our Engineering Managers, you will be an integral part of an immediate team of 10, working in association of a wider engineering team of 30 colleagues.
In this role you will be the main source of technical expertise within the power electronic aspects of these projects, namely Motor Drives. Paving the way with your knowledge of Motor Drives and creating energy efficient solutions will be critical for the company; ultimately your contributions will be instrumental to the success of both the team and the projects at hand.
The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills, demonstrates adaptability to dynamic projects and be able to collaborate across multi-functional teams.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficient in working on Motor Drives
- Skilled in embedded C programming
- Hands-on experience working on physical products, preferably in an industrial context
