SalaryWe are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our client's team.
working Tuesday - Friday (39 hrs basic) + overtime at overtime rates!
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Operate presses according to specifications and job requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Load materials into the press and unload finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with some welding or materials handling is an advantage
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of the press machinery
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
