The role of the PPC Operations Director is key in the agency.

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building a strong understanding of not only the work the agency does for their clients but their overall business objectives.

Your main responsibility will be to respond to client briefs with concise media plan recommendations, including overall strategy, channels, platforms, and tactics. Whilst works closely with Operations team to ensure that work is completed on time, to a high quality and is on track to meet clients targets and expectations.

You'll be highly organised and can manage multiple campaigns at a given time across digital channels and a wide team of client stakeholders. You will have a high attention to detail, and a pro-active attitude to deliver your campaign. There will be the opportunity to develop your leadership ability for operations execs / analysts within the team, helping them learn the skills they need and supporting their career development.

• Strong understanding of wider digital channels and environment

• Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
n
• Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
n
• Coaching skills and ability to manage a team
n
• Good presentation skills
n
• Proven track record of developing junior team members
n
• Proven track record of bringing efficiency to client activity in terms of both performance and resource levels
n
• Exceptional level of English, both written and spoken
n
• Very much a people person
n
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including use and creation of Excel formulas
n
• A good grasp of excel and strong analytical skills to analyses data sets into meaningful actions
n
• A logical approach to troubleshooting
n
• Likes finding/suggesting better strategies and faster ways of doing thing
n
• Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business - we are looking for pro-active individuals
n
