Consumer Account Director, Manchester, Up to £50,000 (Marketing agency)

A reflection of the hugely talented people who work there. On the back of a huge retail client win, they're looking for a gifted comms professionals to join them.
They need an earned and shared media expert to carve out strategic communication plans that impact on consumer behaviour and positively impact brand perception and sentiment.
What you'll need
To succeed as a Consumer Account Director here, you’ll have previous experience of working and leading teams within a marketing agency setting.
You’ll be a natural leader and capable of motivating and leading a team to create memorable and powerful campaigns across all digital and traditional channels. From social media (organic and paid) to Influencer strategy and PR, this is a broad role.
You’ll forge strong relationships responsible for really understanding a brand and what they stand for and amplifying their voice where it matters. You’ll have experience working across multiple brands in various different sectors and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Collaboration is key; being able to create clear briefs and play to the strengths of everyone in the team; from ideation to research and digital strategy to KPI setting, content creation, delivery and reporting.
