We have a vacancy for a fulltime (37 hrs) Practice Educator Development Worker. You would be supporting ,assessing and faciliating the learning of students in the role as Practice Educator. This could also involve supporting newly qualified social workers as an ASYE assessor .In addition you would be involved in promoting reflective practice via group work with students and newly qualified social workers and strengthening our links with the universities in Sheffield .
The Practice Development team is committed to embedding a learning culture across The Adult Care and Wellbeing service so the post holder would be involved in additional activities to assist in this objective .

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
