Practice Manager

Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Harrow. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Ali Daghestani.

Dental Beauty Harrow is an award-winning practice located in NW London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS & privately. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading the practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office departments and operational team from day one in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
• Monitor KPIs & support clinicians to achieve Private and NHS targets
• Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

About the role:

• We are looking for a part-time candidate to join us in a full-time role
• Our working hours are 9-6, Monday-Friday

• GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa £500 per year

About you:

• We are ideally looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either a mixed or private practice
• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience
• Dentally software experience is preferred
• Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC
• Experience in overseeing P&L accounts for the practice would be preferred
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
