Practice Manager
New Malden Vets, Kingston Upon Thames
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience plus a relocation allowance up to £2,500
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our Practice Manager role at New Malden Vets.
This is a leadership role to work alongside Clinical Directors Harriet and Elizabeth in a busy, forward-thinking first opinion small animal veterinary practice.
Day to day duties include:
- Leadership of the practice team.
- Promotion and development/management of our fantastic reception team and client experience.
- Business development and finance management.
- Office management including stock control, schedules, holiday and absence management.
- Involvement in the HR team.
- Run health and safety with the support of team members.
- Oversee and take responsibility for debt management.
- Dealing with complaints.
- Help maintain ethics and professional standards.

The rota could be flexible but ideally 4-5 days per week +/- weekends. The rota will be 30-40 hours/week total. No out of hours. Possibility to work occasional hours from home.
About New Malden Vets
We are a busy small animal practice on SW London/Surrey borders who pride ourselves on giving client and their pets the service we would like to receive ourselves. We strive to high standards of general practice and are lucky to have a wide range of equipment and services to offer. To name a few these include digital x-ray, dental x-ray, cardiac/ abdominal ultrasound and multiparameter anaesthetic monitors.
