About the role:
- £30K per Annum – Full Time
- Must have 2+ years’ experience in management
- Preferably 2+ years’ experience in dentistry management
- Looking for candidate with exceptional Business Management skills to lead a Dynamic team
- ASAP START available

More about the role
- To work with the owners of the practice to ensure the business operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line with the business vision and overall strategy
- To ensure the business continues to grow and attract new customers, and to achieve profits in line with its planned growth objectives
- To have responsibility for the financial and business administration aspects of the business as well as, compliance, clinical and non-clinical operations
- To ensure the care and welfare of customers and staff in line with brand standards ensuring the highest quality of care and a first-class customer experience is delivered to patients
- Keeping track with UDA contract , updating associates and principals
