Job description
The Practice Nurse will work as part of the primary healthcare team providing Personal Medical Services to the patients of practice. Duties and Responsibilities Perform treatment room tasks related to patient care including: Cytology Wound care / ulcer care/Doppler Removal of Sutures Travel Clinic ECGs Asthma/Peak Flow Readings/Spirometry Routine immunisations/Childhood immunisations To have an interest in respiratory disease, ideally prescribing. To have an interest in contraception, ideally prescribing. To offer preventative care, screening and patient education working to agreed practice protocols.
