Practice Nurse

Salary - £35,100.00 - £42,000.00 + NHS Pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role -

• Practice Nurse post
• 30 hours - 37.5 hours available
• 4 day working week available for FT
• Traditional Practice Nurse workload
• Opportunities to develop as a Nurse
• Specialism in any long-term condition
• Focuses on immunisations, smears, cytology, wound care, bloods, vaccinations, pill checks and more
• Oversee chronic disease management
• PRIMARY CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
