AddressWe are looking for a Pre sales specialist for our Media team as we grow our global business, providing end to end cloud solutions for our customers.
Supporting diverse sales teams you will provide specialist technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents, to do this Arqiva need someone with excellent B2B technical pre sales experience.

The person
- Technical Experience of working within the OTT sector required (Software orientated platforms, awareness of Content Delivery Networks (CDN), Online Video Platform, Media Asset Management, DRM, VoD, and Systems Integration)
- B2B experience
- Technical knowledge in some of following technologies and their application within the Broadcast and Video Media environments: Video compression systems, Digital TV standards, IP and fibre Networks, IP Security, Playout automation systems, Media Management and Workflow, Cloud and Virtualised Computing.
- Track record of preparing solution architecture designs.
The role
- Provide specialist technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents, and find opportunities to support existing customers
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand their requirements. Develop and recommend efficient solutions which meet or exceed expectations
- Provide technical leadership within the team, sharing knowledge and skills and providing supervision. Provide guidance and mentoring as required to engineers, technicians, internal and external customers
- Understand the market position of key customers and competitors and use market intelligence to provide input into key strategic projects.
- Engage with product teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements and develop business
