AddressMPA Recruitment are working in partnership with their client to recruit a permanent full time Precast Production Engineer:
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become an integral part of a dedicated team of professionals. This role is based in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh
This is full time role and the hours of work are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
As a Precast Production Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and supervising the production of precast concrete products
- Fabrication & design of moulds for precast concrete products
- Assisting with management of plant and machinery maintenance
- Providing technical and engineering support to the technical team and operating areas as required
- Liaising with production and despatch personnel
- Liaising with internal and external customers, contractors, and consultants
- Being involved in product and solution development in liaison with the technical and onsite construction teams
- Production of drawings for a wide range of structures and structural elements
- Ensuring work output conforms to specifications, ISO standards and production quality standards
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are always maintained
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the role
- Meeting agreed deadlines for all tasks
- Carrying out any other reasonable request made by your Line Manager to support departmental or company objectives
Essential Criteria:
- HNC, HND/BEng, BSc, or similar degree in Construction/Manufacturing/Structural/Civil Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Competent in Microsoft packages
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Customer focused approach in all environments
Desirable Criteria:
- 1/2 years Post qualification experience
- Experience in precast concrete design and detailing
- Experience of working in the Construction industry would be a distinct advantage

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
