Press Shop Team Leader

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for anyone with Production or Manufacturing team-leading experience from the Pressings or Sheet Metal industry to work for a well-established business in Wolverhampton. We're looking for a Press Shop Team Leader to work on a full-time permanent contract, 39 hours per week, earning an attractive salary up to £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

As things stand the business are working overtime on a Saturday, and they would like someone who is prepared to work the occasional weekend as or when needed.

You will be working alongside the Production Manager and overseeing a team of up to 20 staff. When the Production Manager is away from the business, they would like you to act as the Production Manager and oversee the staff during his absence.

Some of your primary responsibilities in this Press Shop Team Leader role will include:

• Ensuring that the products meet the required customer standard
• Ensuring that daily production targets are achieved
• Completing paperwork daily
• Working closely with the Production Manager
