We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Prevention Team to co-ordinate all aspects of road and Water Safety delivery for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service. The individual will work with a range of partners to promote road and Water Safety awareness in the community.
The post holder will be required to liaise with officers from other agencies as well as co-ordinate the delivery of road and Water Safety events and campaigns around the county.
A large proportion of the role will be to design and deliver road and Water Safety training, which will include the need to develop a range of training packages that suit different target audiences.
A full valid driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check before the appointment is confirmed.
