Job description
We are working with a risk carrier who are looking for an experienced Pricing Actuary to work across their commercial and specialty portfolios. This role reports into the Head of Pricing and has the option to have direct reports, if wanted. The team does more of the portfolio level work alongside the internal underwriters make informed decisions. There will be ad-hoc case pricing opportunities too.
This is a business facing role and will be well suited to someone who enjoys, and is good at, building relationships, working with stakeholders and being involved in strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience with a preference towards pricing, but those from reserving are also encouraged to apply. Qualification isn't a necessity for this role, experience and communication skills are the most important.
This role offers a lot of flexibility for WFH / office split. Salary is up to £110k depending on experience.
