We’re looking to hire a commercially astute Pricing Director to spearhead and grow the pricing function within a dynamic commercial insurance team. If you bring a wealth of experience in Commercial Lines pricing and have great communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
You'll be joining one of the UK’s fastest-growing, multifaceted insurance businesses and will lead the pricing team to new heights. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while advancing your professional journey and contributing to the company’s long-term ambitions.

Qualifications:

• Insurance/Actuarial qualification or qualified by experience
• A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant Sector Experience - Significant experience in property and casualty, speciality lines
• Pricing Experience - Experience in pricing insurance products, including the development and implementation of new pricing strategies

Leadership and Management:

• Previous experience in leadership roles, such as managing teams of actuaries or analysts

You will inherit a team of Pricing Analysts and have the opportunity to expand the team further.
The company has been growing at a rapid pace, and we need someone with commercial acumen to drive this forward. This isn't a typical pricing role; you'll be implementing innovative pricing solutions across multiple distribution channels in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role with a preference for candidates who can be in Leeds a few days per week, but we are open to discussing flexible arrangements.
