About the role
Our Pricing Department is a well-established and thriving function which focuses on delivering long term value for our customers rather than working to short-term profit targets. As part of the department’s growth, we now have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Pricing Specialist to join us and contribute to our success.
This role will sit within the Commercial Pricing team and will focus on formulating the pricing strategy for our Commercial products with a particular emphasis on assessing the accuracy of our pricing models, as well as determining the final price charged to the customer.
Another exciting aspect of the role would be owning and leading innovative projects to continually drive improvements and enhance our strategy and performance.

About you
We are seeking a professional with strong experience within General Insurance Pricing. You will be a strategic thinker with expertise in successfully designing and implementing pricing solutions, ideally with a focus on Commercial products.
As an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to forge successful stakeholder relationships and to convey technical information effectively to individuals with diverse levels of technical proficiency. Your leadership skills will extend to influencing at a senior level, driving initiatives forward and continually seeking ways of improvement.

- Extensive knowledge of the insurance market best practices
- A strong commercial acumen and a forward thinking attitude
- Experience with managing multifaceted projects and complex pieces of work.
