Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting educational environments? Academics, a premier staffing agency exclusively partnered with schools, is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School office in Sprotbrough, Doncaster.
Position:Admin Assistant
Location: Sprotbrough, Doncaster
Contract: Full-time, from April 15th to July 22nd
Pay: £425 - £500 per week (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school office staff
- Manage reception duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
