Key Responsibilities within this role:
• Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for primary students across various year groups in IT and Computer Sciences.
• Demonstrate excellent management of classroom behaviour whilst creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Engage with students within the classroom, imparting knowledge regarding IT and computers.
• Deliver Computer Science lessons to children and assist their development in the subject.
• Safeguarding children and keeping children safe in education.
Requirements for this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or Computer Science / IT.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Experience teaching in a Primary School setting, preferably with experience across multiple year groups.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to connect with students.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and year groups.
