Primary School Learning Support Assistant

Primary Schools in Cannock are looking for Primary School Learning Support Assistant.

We are looking for highly motivated, creative and Teaching Assistants to support the school's students. The school you will be working want their students to enjoy and excel in their learning and achieve their potential in all areas of school life.

When you are a successful Learning Support Assistant. You will be working under the direction of the class teacher and be committed to:

• Student focused, inspiring students with their interest for learning
• Working with students on a 1:1 basis and helping with all their needs.
• Supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Working effectively and making an important contribution to the school
• Being confident to support with planning and assessing, be creative and proactive.

Requirements You Need:

• Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science.
• Teaching Assistant Qualifications (Desirable but not essential)
• Be passionate about supporting students with their learning
• The ability to keep students engaged and motivated
• Have strong communication skills
• Have good behaviour management skills
