Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality education and creating engaging learning experiences for students. As a Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds, promoting a positive classroom environment, and supporting the holistic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued and respected.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the academic and personal success of students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with educational trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience working as a Primary School Teacher, preferably within a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the holistic development of students.
