An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, near Imperial Wharf station, is looking for full-time Primary Teaching Assistants across all year groups to join their expert team on a long-term basis, with a potential to go permanent if you can impress. This enriching and ambitious school is looking for passionate and proactive TAs who will work effectively across the classroom and 1:1 with children with additional needs.
The roles are predominantly 1:1, where you will be required to work with a range of pupils who have mild learning difficulties and are often within the Autistic Spectrum. The school is renowned for achieving excellent academic results, so It's imperative you bring energy, confidence and enthusiasm with a commitment to provide the best support for every child. Primary responsibilities include speech and development support, classroom participation and managing and addressing behavioural needs.

This school has fantastic opportunities for professional development & continuous support from the senior leadership team. Pay starts at GBP90 and can be up to GBP110 a day, depending on experience and if you can impress during a paid trial. Experience is very much preferred, so this is a great opportunity if you're looking to progress in your career in education or develop your existing skills further.
The school's hours of this role are 8.30am - 4pm.
The ideal Teaching Assistant should:
Have experience and a passion for working with children
Have awareness of, and ideally experience with SEN
Be proactive, compassionate and patient
Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
Be able to communicate effectively within a team
