A Primary School in Bromley is looking for a long-term supportive SEN TA to work in their SEN unit or a classroom supporting some children with needs such as ASD.
About the role
• Small group work and intervention support responsibilities
• 1:1 support for special needs and lower-ability pupils
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties, EBD and SEMH
• Supporting students with challenging behavior
The Successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant must Have
• A minimum of three months of experience working with children
• Valid up-to-date DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
• Organised and efficient
• Relevant qualifications in education or special education are advantageous.
