Salary Staff for Education are currently seeking for a Primary Foundation Teacher to work 2.5 days part-time at a local Primary school during 2024 Autumn Term in the surrounding Sutton-In-Ashfield area.
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for making a positive impact on the education of the pupils in your classes. You will have the flexibility to choose whether you want to cover day to day, short term or long term supply.
Main Responsibilities include:
• Delivering high quality lessons to pupils across a range of subjects
• Planning engaging and inclusive lessons
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
• Ensuring high standards of behaviour are maintained in line with the school policy
• Be able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents
To be successful, you must:
• Have a PGCE or other recognised Teaching Qualification
• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
• Have strong behaviour management skills
