Veritas Education are seeking an outstanding Primary Teacher and Key Stage 2 Leader to join a strong and inclusive team in April 2024. The successful candidate will be an exceptional teacher with a proven track record of raising attainment and progress, and will also have the skills and experience necessary to lead and manage a Key Stage 2 team.
As the Key Stage 2 Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, working closely with other teachers and senior leaders to ensure that all pupils receive a high-quality education. You will also provide leadership and support to other teachers in the team, mentoring and coaching them to help them achieve their full potential.
As a teacher, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils, using a range of teaching strategies and techniques to engage and challenge them. You will be passionate about teaching and committed to helping all pupils achieve their full potential.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- QTS and a relevant degree
- Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2
- Evidence of successful leadership and management experience within a school setting
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
