Primary Teacher - Ks1 & Ks2

We are seeking a dedicated KS1 & KS2 Class Teacher to join our dynamic primary school team in Ripon. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and personal development of our students. With standard hours from 8:30 to 03:30, Monday to Friday, this role provides a conducive work-life balance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in both KS1 and KS2, using creative and interactive teaching methods to inspire curiosity and foster a lifelong love for learning.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of all students, providing appropriate challenges and support as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of each student, addressing their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning journey, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for growth.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and conduct, serving as a positive role model for students and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs/ECTs) are welcome to apply.
• Ability to inspire and engage students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service, or willingness to apply for one, is essential.
• Team Teach training is desired but not essential, as training can be provided.
