A unique opportunity to be part of the of the exciting journey at Temple Learning Academy: an all-through school in the heart of its community.

Temple Learning Academy is one of only a few ‘all-through’ (Early Years to Y11) schools in Leeds. Being an all-through school means our students benefit from a seamless transition between year groups and phases; shared expertise and resources, and a curriculum that is sequenced from Early Years to Year 11.

Our colleagues specialise in either Primary or Secondary phase practice and work for the vast majority of their time in their respective phases. Consequently, this post will base you within the Primary phase but in a crucial position to influence and work with Secondary colleagues ensuring strong transitions. Cross phase work has so many benefits and allows us to maximise the opportunities for our children so we encourage this collaboration as often as possible. With training and support, and strong relationships between colleagues, our through-school collaboration is a source of exciting opportunities for students and staff. No colleague is expected to work cross-phase without the full support of appropriate training and CPD.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to support our educational aims who has the vision, drive and interpersonal skills to motivate our students within the Primary phase. For the right candidate, you will be joining a highly successful and supportive team and the post attracts a MPS 1 – UPS 3 salary.

If this advertisement does catch your eye and provides a sense of excitement on your part, then we would love to hear from you. You will be joining a highly community orientated, inspirational and ambitious school and will benefit from the support of strong leadership and effective colleagues whilst being part of an ethos that achieves the best possible outcomes for every one of our students.
