Job Title: Full-Time Supply Teaching Assistant (Primary)

Location: Scunthorpe (DN20)

Pay Range: £80 – £85 per day.

Job Type: Day to day, long-term, full-time, part-time, permanent.

Shift Duration: School hours, 8:30am – 3.30pm, Term Time Only.

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Teaching Assistants who are looking to secure a career within the education sector.

Provide Education understand how hard it can be to secure a support role within a school setting without any relevant qualifications / experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help Teachers to prepare lesson materials and follow instructions.
• Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons.
• Work with students to make sure they understand their learning. This could be in a small group, 1:1 or within the main classroom.
• Support SEND children.
• Watch, record and report the progress students make.

Requirements:

• Candidates must undergo referencing.
• Candidates must have an up to date enhanced , children’s DBS check. Please note - We can help you to secure a new DBS , but you will be charged for this service.
• Candidates must have a safeguarding qualification or be willing to complete one through Provide Education.

Note: All positions are subject to referencing and a Enhanced DBS check which is a £48 charge from yourself.
