We are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant school in Brent from September. This full-time, temporary position offers the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be ready to inspire young minds.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet the national curriculum standards.
- Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for key stage 2 SATs.
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes good behaviour and a strong classroom management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and wellbeing.
- Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.
