Job description

We have a great opportunity based at our Northampton - Vernon Terrace Community Centre for a Prince's Trust Development Worker to become a key member of our Community Learning department. As a Prince's Trust Development Worker, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through: Assisting with the recruitment and retention of Prince’s Trust Team members Identifying and supporting those with basic skills needs Assisting with work placement activity subsequent to completion of main programme. Our ideal candidates will have experience of work placement opportunities and requirements and experience of dealing with challenging behaviour, alongside the following qualifications: English at GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent) Willingness to achieve maths (if not already achieved) at GCSE grade A to C (or equivalent) Successful candidates must also be able to demonstrate alignment to our organisational values: Student centred - At our heart is always doing what is best for our students.
