Purpose: The primary goal is to build and maintain proprietary data assets AND PLATFORMS that align with our strategic business objectives. This position is adaptable, allowing for a four-day work week and the option to work from home up to 50% of the time.
Key Aspects of the Role:
- Ensuring availability and usability of data assets fundamental to our products and services.
- Collaborating with the product team to support and enhance platforms, products, and services for business growth.
- Discussing the methodology of our data models with clients, covering both construction and application aspects.
- Exemplifying exceptional project management and disciplined execution.
- Managing a small team of data analysts, engineers, and developers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum five years' experience in data, analytics, and related technology roles.
- Leadership in developing innovative data assets and high-quality analysis.
- Proven track record in delivering successful, high-quality projects.
- Experience in managing a small data/technology team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, smaller business environment.
- Capable of hands-on support and encouraging team initiative.
- Degree educated in data, analytics, and related technology.
- Preferred (but not essential) background in consulting, client-facing, or internal roles.
Qualities We're Looking For:
- Logical thinking, analytical approaches, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SFDC, SQL, Python, R, and Rest APIs.
- Agile thinking, organizational skills, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication across all levels.
- Pragmatism and initiative in practical task handling.

- Salary: £70k-£90K (full-time equivalent).
