SalaryI am working with a close client of mine who are now looking for a Principal/Associate Structural Engineer
The role can be based in either their Lincoln or Peterborough office. This role can be hybrid with 2 days a week in the office. You will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable designs across various sectors and project scales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design projects from concept to completion
- Conduct detailed analysis and design for various structures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs
- Mentor and oversee junior engineers and technicians
- Ensure adherence to standards and quality processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance services
- Participate in proposals, estimations and client engagements
Requirements:
- Proven consultancy experience in structural design
- Chartered status with IStructE, ICE or equivalent
- Proficient in structural analysis software
- Experience in medium/high-rise and precast concrete design
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Knowledge of BIM and digital engineering
