In-House Commercial Property Solicitor Or Paralegal

Position: In-House Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 2 years) or Paralegal
Location: Hertfordshire/Greater London (Hybrid, 3 days a week office based)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE), plus bonus and benefits

Our client, based in Hertfordshire/Greater London, is seeking a Junior In-House Commercial Property Solicitor or Paralegal to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work three days a week in the office, providing a balanced approach to work-life flexibility.

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in supporting the In-House property team in various aspects of Commercial Property matters and responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal support and guidance on a wide range of property matters related to our client's broad property portfolio.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various property agreements and letters, including licences for alterations, way leave agreements, short-term licences to occupy, and agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Conducting property due diligence, such as title searches and title deed reviews.
• Assisting in the resolution of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, access disputes, party wall matters, and property damage claims.
• Carrying out legal research, document management, and administrative tasks to support the overall operation and efficiency's of the legal property work.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Junior Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) or experience Paralegal with strong background in Commercial Property, to note other legal qualifications will be consider.
• Good understanding of Commercial Property law, landlord and tenant law, and property ownership structures.
