An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an Associate Town Planner to join a close-knit Planning Consultancy based out of their Birmingham office!
This dynamic planning team focus on building relationships with their clients, with a friendly and creative approach. This Planning Consultancy has a wealth of experience in all sectors of development, with particular expertise in residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use developments. The talented planning team works across three offices across the UK, with their Birmingham office seeking applications from enthusiastic and personable candidates.
The successful candidate will be an experienced RTPI Chartered Principal or Associate level Town Planner with demonstratable experience in the Planning sector, ideally within the private sector, however applications from candidates with a public sector background also welcome. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work from their own initiative, and remain self-motivated. This role will include a full range of planning duties, including drafting and submitting planning applications, working with other consultancies and architects, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and liaising with Local Authorities to ensure the timely, efficient discharge of planning conditions.
