Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging key technologies like Snowflake, Segment, DBT, and Census to enhance our understanding of customer behaviors, market trends, and operational efficiencies.

What you'll be doing...
- Develop and optimize Data Solutions: You will utilise expertise in Snowflake and DBT to design and implement efficient, scalable data models and warehouses. Ensure high standards of accountability in managing data integrity and quality.
- Lead Data Strategy and Implementation: You will demonstrate leadership in developing and executing the data strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business needs into technical solutions.
- Foster Team Growth and Learning: You will encourage a growth mindset within the Data Engineering team. Mentor and develop team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in key technologies and best practices.
- Enhance Data Integration and Workflow Management: You will use DBT to streamline and automate data pipelines. Focus on improving data processing, integration, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate for Data-Driven Decisions: You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure data solutions are aligned with business objectives.
