The Principal Designer
- Proven experience as a Principal Designer, ideally within an architectural or heritage project setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in managing bespoke architectural projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, construction processes, and health and safety regulations.
- A forward-thinking approach, with a passion for driving growth and innovation in the Principal Designer role.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with diverse project teams and clients.
- Relevant professional qualifications and accreditations in the field of architecture or design.
